*Income is equal to individual W-2 or K-1 income. If married we only consider the income of the higher earner. For income above $1.5M, please contact us for custom pricing. Our monthly subscription pricing assumes a 12-month engagement (January – December) that is prorated for midyear and end of year on-boarding.  A large percentage of your planning, as well as the tax preparation, takes place in the second half of the year. Whether we onboard you in January, June or November, we have to prepare a strategic tax plan and full-year tax returns. For new members that join mid-year, a one-time mid-year on-boarding will be applied.

Monthly Add On Services

State Returns

$10

Our memberships include one state income tax return. However, If you have income earned in another state or multi-state limited partnerships you may be required to file an additional state income tax return. This service fee is added to your monthly fee and is on a per state basis. This fee is discounted for multiple state tax return filings.

 Rental Property

$20

We are real estate experts. We help our members save thousands of dollars in taxes each year. We help structure your operations, organize your books, and leverage the tax code. This is a per 1-5 unit property fee. An adjustment is made for 6 or more unit properties. This fee includes a state tax return filing if required.

Schedule E

$20

 onK-1 Schedule E (Part II/III) is filed along with your Form 1040, to report additional K-1 partner or S-Corporation income. The Schedule E is also required to report income from syndicated real estate partnerships, royalties, patents, copyrights, estates, and trusts. This add-on is for your first  K-1. This fee is discounted for additional K-1’s.

For newly acquired investment real estate and K-1’s the monthly fee is annualized for the year of acquisition. The monthly fee will be added in January of the following year. Our standard package and add-ons cover the majority of our clients.  However, if additional forms including those related to PAD, CS, 1031, farming, foreign-held assets, income, or compliance are required, those will be addressed during on-boarding.
